Welcome to Community illumiNations Asia! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

  1. Introduction
    This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Community illumiNations Asia (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It governs your access and use of our website or app, and any related products or services that we may offer. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

  2. Your Account
    You may be required to create an account to access or use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security of your account.

  3. User Content
    Our services may allow you to submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, graphics, photos, videos, and comments (“User Content”). You retain all rights to any User Content that you submit or upload to our services. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with our services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit or upload User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we believe violates these terms or that we deem to be inappropriate or offensive, in our sole discretion.

  1. Intellectual Property
    Our services, including but not limited to the website, app, software, and content, contain proprietary information and intellectual property that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

  2. Limitations of Liability
    We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, suitability, or timeliness of our services. We are not responsible for any content provided by third parties or for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on such content. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

  3. Termination
    We may terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these terms of service will immediately terminate.

  4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms of service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any arbitration shall be conducted in Singapore. The arbitration award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

  5. Changes of Terms of Service
    We have the rights to update these terms of service at any time, without prior notice. We will post any changes to these terms of service on our website or app, and the revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms of service.

  6. Miscellaneous
    These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of our services. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
